When will my order ship?

To guarantee the freshest cookies, we ship Monday through Wednesday. Any orders received after 12:00 pm Tuesday (EST) will ship out the following week.

We are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are sent via USPS Priority shipping. We do not take responsibility for orders that have been marked delivered but may not have been received. 

What if I accidentally input the wrong shipping address?

Please email us at thecookiekingmiami@gmail.com, as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

What is your Return/Refund Policy? 

We are unable to accept returns. If you experienced an issue with your order, please email us at thecookiekingmiami@gmail.com.

How can I reheat my cookies? 

We recommend to place cookies in a preheated 350° degree oven for 5 minutes. Allow them to cool for an additional 3-5 minutes before consuming.
